between NYSED and SLC (n/k/a InBloom), districts can opt-out of the SLI and request that their data be deleted.  See Attachment F, Exhibit C, Section 3.8.  Note that section 14.8 of the main contract extends the term of the MOU (attachment F) to 12/31/14, despite the termination clause in the MOU.

As reported here, Long Island’s Southold Superintendent has already requested the deletion.
