ACT, Inc. an Iowa not for profit corporation and The College Board, a New York not for profit corporation, are being sued for allegedly selling student data to 3rd party corporations for a profit!

The complaint states that they sold student data for .33 per student to “hundreds, if not thousands,” of “buyers” WITHOUT CONSENT!

Personally identifiable information was sold for profit.  New York, are you awake yet?
